The wine program, led by sommelier Emily Wines, will offer the options of small tastes, glasses, or carafes. This gives flexibility to mix and match the wines with the food, mood, or preference. She explains that the wine list has "a lot of bright wines with great acidity to cut through the richer dishes and deceptively simple dishes that won't overwhelm the straightforward comfort food."
Clearly, no one will leave Jasper's Corner thirsty.
