Fino sherry and grapefruit juice are infused with hints of tarragon and litsea (evergreen shrub) for a graceful balance of earth and citrus. Best enjoyed with a spoon, the liquid nitrogen produces incredibly small ice crystals that would never even dream of giving you brainfreeze.
