Casino Night Fundraiser at Cafe des Amis

Benefit for Josha Baker

Where: Café Des Amis, 2000 Union (at Buchanan), 563-7700

When: Sun., Mar. 20, 8 p.m.-1 a.m.

Cost: $75 buy-in for the casino games [Ed. note: This is not real gambling, and there are no cash winnings or other prizes.]

The rundown: Blackjack, poker, and drink specials all night for a good cause ― Bacchus Restaurant Group is hosting a benefit for one of its bartenders, Josha Baker, who's battling breast cancer. Josha has recently begun treatment and will be going into surgery soon ― she'll be in attendance Sunday to thank everybody. Come support this bright and positive young bartender while indulging your vices! Food provided by Cafe des Amis, Spruce, and the Village Pub.
