What a World Series trophy can do to a neighborhood. First Spire announced it'd close to do a little unspecified tweaking before the April 8 home opener at nearby AT&T Park, then yesterday SFoodie learned that the owner of the shuttered Sohberts cafe on King is seeking support to reopen in April as a private events space called the Caviar Docks. This morning we find out that Tres Agaves at 130 Townsend is closed for what's expected to be a nine-day remodel and reorg. The new and improved tres Agaves is slated to open March 3, which gives them approximately one month to work out any kinks before the place fills with the pregame faux-bearded and Lincecum-jerseyed.
