Whole Beast Supper Club Duck-Tasting Dinner

Where: La Victoria, 2937 24th St. (at Alabama), 642-7120

When: Fri., Feb. 18, seatings at 6:15 and 9 p.m.

Cost: $60 for five courses; BYOB

The rundown: Whole Beast Supper Club's Kevin Bunnell is busy checking off members of the animal kingdom like he's working the entry ramp on Noah's Ark. Pig. Goat. Now, for the third installment of his prix fixe at La Victoria, Bunnell is turning his imagination to duck.

Menu highlights: Offal and citrus panzanella with kumquats, honey, and duck-fat vinaigrette; leg ballotine with cardoon gratin; seared breast with herbed polenta; duck-fat cake with Port sorbet
