The past 24 hours in gossip, innuendo, and cold hard facts about the San Francisco restaurant scene.

Inside Scoop reports that Home has hired Tricia Tracey as its new chef. Tracey returns to San Francisco after three years in New Jersey; her S.F. experience includes Ramblas and ThirstyBear. Will she bring back the restaurant's glory days under Lance Dean Velasquez? Incidentally, where is Lance Dean Velasquez?

Scoop also brings word that Chez TJ chef Scott Nishiyama is leaving at the end of February after a little more than a year on the job. Since the restaurant hasn't announced a replacement, feel free to submit your resume, as long as your Michelin star average is above 2.0.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
