We often go sweet and girlie when it's time to have a drink, but at Lafitte this week we went for something decidedly more masculine. The Mohawk (rye whiskey, tobacco syrup, Punt e Mes, and lemon peel garnish) packs bold flavors with no flounce. Chef Russell Jackson's characteristic mohawk is currently shaved off, but the cocktail abides.
