Oakland North tracks down a new food truck named
Localicious (
eatlocalicious.com), owned by a longtime Square One vet, which parks in Emeryville three days a week. The pitch: For those of you who don't remember Square One, it serves seasonal, culturally inclusive California cuisine. Also, we think the Localicious truck and the Tacolicious stand should set up shop outside Locavore and complete the loop.
