Whole Beast Supper Club Goat Dinner

Where: La Victoria, 2937 24th St. (at Florida), 642-7120

When: Fri., Feb. 4; seatings at 6 and 9 p.m.

Cost: $55 for five courses; BYOB

The rundown: Chef Kevin Bunnell's first Whole Beast Supper Club pop-up here was such a success, he's hauling another animal to the table. This time: goat.

Menu highlights: Goat's head soup (consomme with nettles, radishes, black trumpet mushrooms, and goat's milk crème fraiche); paprika-spiced leg roulade with chickpea purée and chile oil); lavender-scented goat's milk panna cotta
