The rundown: As Good Food Month picks up steam, we know it's tough to keep track of all the edible happenings around the bay. On the can't-miss list, confiture titan and Good Food Awards judge William Werner of Tell Tale Preserve Co. will hold court at Macy's this Saturday afternoon. We've all heard the adage, "Give a man some jam and he'll eat for a day..." Luckily, Werner will not just dole out samples of his storied product; he'll also teach you how to make it at home. Samples from Happy Girl Kitchen, too. Get there early for the best seats, as this one might end up as packed as the Macy's parade.
