We were there too early to feel like partaking of alcohol, though if we had been we would have been in good hands with selections from the Alembic, Beretta, and Rye on the Road. We were taken with Adobo Hobo's calamansi Thai basil refresher, surprised to hear that they'd sourced the calamansi from the East Bay. The citrus, colloquially known as "acid orange," is native to Southeast Asia. Our top highlight, though, was Delfina's "kool-aide," a deep purple concoction made with Concord grapes and acai berries. It, along with most everything else we tried, should be bottled for sale all the time.
