Work Break: June Taylor Stop-Action Spot

Posted By on Mon, Jun 14, 2010 at 2:29 PM

SFoodie was hanging out with some friends this weekend when a question about June Taylor Jams came up. We visited the Berkeley jam maker's site and stumbled on this Michel Gondry-like short animated by Kyle Small and Justin Plummer III in 2007. We've watched it several times now, completely charmed. We never knew Taylor modeled her business on the Wonka Chocolate Factory.

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
