Get there after what you guess was the lunch rush, and Delessio's pay-by-the-pound buffet can feel like a wedding spread after the guests have moved on, when the band's free to pile up plates. Plenty of time to read, for instance, that the beef in the meatloaf is from Marin Sun Farms, though with its double slather of barbecue sauce and tomato jam ― an approximation of ketchup, only sweeter ― you can't exactly taste it. Go for the spinach sautéed with raisins, pine nuts, and sherry vinegar, and what you get is a lunch that glorifies the sweet-tart condiment. End result: Your reward of Chocolate Bubble-Wrap tastes that much more plush.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
