Eater SF has a new editor, SFoodie blogger
Carolyn Alburger. She'll replace Paolo Lucchesi, who
left the local restaurant news and gossip site in February to
join Chron's food staff. Alburger's a fine choice, if we do say so ourselves. Six years ago, she helped get
DailyCandy off the ground in S.F. As a freelancer, she's snagged bylines at the
Chronicle,
San Francisco magazine,
SF Station,
Where, and, well, here, among other publications. "I've admired Eater since its New York days," Alburger told us, "and hope to carry on the great tradition of the site." Needless to say, Alburger's new gig means she's exiting SFoodie. We'll miss her, and we wish her the best of luck at that
other URL.
