Plan to hit South Park early (cart vendors are due at 11:30) for Adobo Hobo's reliably tasty chicken adobo over rice. The legs are skinless, the sauce carefully skimmed of fat (unlike that über-unctuous version your Tita makes), and the company -- a mixture of tech workers and the food-cart faithful -- is sure to be considerably cooler than the lunchtime crowds lining up for the won ton soup a couple of blocks away at Lee's Deli.
