Designate a driver (Muni counts) for tomorrow night's Fillmore Cocktail Crawl, which kicks off at Yoshi's (1330 Fillmore at Eddy). Live jazz, eats, and cocktails available for ticket holders; 1300 On Fillmore (1300 Fillmore at Eddy), Rasselas Jazz Club (1534 Fillmore at Geary) and Sheba Piano Lounge (1419 Fillmore at O'Farrell) are also participating. The event is technically free ― a $5 suggested door donation goes to a local youth oriented nonprofit called Mo'MAGIC (Fillmore/Western Addition Mobilization of Adolescent Growth in Our Communities). Yes, it's totally okay to attend even if you don't register. Each venue is serving up drinks made with DonQ rum, with cell-phone voting for the best cocktail, if that's your cuppa tea rum. Details after the jump.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
