Chicharrones plus caviar equals a decadent imagination.
Over at the
Daily Feed, the Bunrabs are always eating out enviably, but a recent entry shows they have a hopping good time with Bay Area food in their own kitchen as well. To wit, their Christmas
Roe Boats blended the ultimate in high and low local ingredients:
4505 Meats' chicharrones crowned with
Tsar Nicoulai caviar and drizzles of
Cowgirl Creamery crème fraîche. This crazy mashup fascinates us in a culinary car wreck sort of way. We want to look away, but it's really, really hard.
