Only in California could fermented mushroom tea be considered a holiday beverage, but local indie brewer House Kombucha has a lovely Christmas kombucha.

House's blends are not pasteurized, carbonated, or excessively flavored with sweet stuff on top -- and still tastes good. Other current seasonal House flavors include rose green and gen mai cha. Find selected varieties at six San Francisco locations.

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
