The deal: Chef Matthew Accarrino's five-course prix fixe includes local patridge gallantina with blood orange, Sicilian pistachio, and chicory; semolina gnocchi, Umbrian truffle butter, and Castelmagno cheese; Dungeness fricasée, sunchokes, foraged mushrooms, and spigarello; bacon-wrapped game hen with savoy cabbage, pickled cranberries, and pumpkin purée; Meyer lemon and buttermilk gelato with huckleberries and kumquats; chocolate panna cotta and white chocolate ice with pine nut cookies

Cost: $75
