The deal: The four-course prix fixe includes lobster bisque; pastille de chèvre ― filo pastry filled with goat cheese and pecans, with honey dressing; entrée choice of filet mignon with porcini sauce and parsnip gratin, or sea bass with organic vegetables and vanilla oil-passion sauce; molten chocolate or coconut panna cotta
