The clientele here skews more Varvatos than vato, but that's not because the food isn't thoroughly rico. And while, sure, the shredded chicken is tasty, shift slightly outside your comfort zone and do what SF Weekly food critic Meredith Brody suggests: Order a lengua (tongue) and a chorizo taco at La Taqueria, 2889 Mission (at 25th St.), 285-7117.
