5. Turkey Testicles
Yes, that's right: turkey testicles. The nether regions of the turkey are celebrated at the annual Turkey Testicle Festival in Huntley, Illinois. It's a joyous celebration at the Parkside Pub, filled with live music, beer, and lots of testicle munching. Check it out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

6. Kangaroo Meat
At first glance, the Imperial Peking restaurant in Sydney, Australia, seems unassuming enough. That is, until you take a look at the menu and notice the various kangaroo meat options, including sizzling kangaroo meat Shanghai style, satay kangaroo meat, and kangaroo meat with chili sauce.  Kangaroos: cute in the Outback, satisfying in your stomach.

7. Goose Intestines
Every so often, San Francisco chef Chris Cosentino throws head-to-tail dinners at Incanto, a high-end Noe Valley restaurant. Goose intestines served with fava beans and artichokes is just one of the gourmet meat dishes you might encounter at the dinner. Other carnivorous plates have included venison heart tartare (shown in the recent San Francisco episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations) and suet pudding served with chocolate-blood gelato.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
