Let's do lunch:

Know what happens when you mix too much yoga with a low-fat diet? You look all stringy. Beef up a little, says SF Weekly food critic Meredith Brody, starting with the Croque Monsieur and a side of fries at South Park Café (108 South Park at Jack London Alley).

Drink therapy:

Experience an altogether classier happy hour than the usual reeling mojito slamfest: $4 pizzas and panini, $4 wines, and $1.50 Peronis at Uva Enoteca (568 Haight at Fillmore), 5-6:30 p.m.

Pool, hot wings, and a chill sports vibe, plus $5 happy-hour martinis, $4 house wines, and $3 draft of the day at Buck Tavern (1655 Market at Gough), 5-8 p.m.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
