Let's do lunch:

Mondays can be so, so hard. SF Weekly food critic Meredith Brody's solution? Hold on to that weekend hipster feelin' with a plate of Chef's Mess and Nebulous Potato Thing at St. Francis Fountain (2801 24th St. at York, 826-4200).

Drink therapy:

Yeah, you work downtown, but it doesn't mean you can't roll up the sleeves of that Banana buttondown and get all sloppy on $2 happy-hour PBR drafts ($5 well drink specials, too). House of Shields (39 New Montgomery at Stevenson, 975-8651).

Pencil in some chillax time, Noe-ites: Tell the nanny she's got extra diaper duty this evening while mommy unwinds with $4 happy-hour martinis and $3 beers at sleek little Bliss Bar (4026 24th St. at Noe, 826-6200), 4-7 p.m.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
