Posted By on Mon, Sep 15, 2008 at 8:44 AM

Beloved S.F. eateries such as Acme Chophouse, Chaya Brasserie, Foreign Cinema, Il Fornaio, Kuleto's, Perbacco, PlumpJack and others will be on hand to serve up appetizers and drinks as "San Francisco Restaurants Unite to Fight Hunger." Now, more than pregnant women can eat for two (or three or four), as all proceeds benefit the San Francisco Food Bank. The event takes place on Thursday, September 18 at One Ferry Plaza (behind the Ferry Building) from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is $40; visit the SFFB site for more info.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
