Acclaimed Italian newcomer A16 (2355 Chestnut at Divisadero) is celebrating the release of Chef Nate Appleman and Wine Director Shelley Lindgren's book A16: Food + Wine in the only appropriate way: with a big honking meal at A16. It's happening Sunday, September 28 at 12:30 p.m. The $100 price tag includes the food and a copy of the book, which covers a lot of ground in the rustic cuisine of southern Italy that has made A16 itself such a notable destination in San Francisco.
