Celebrity Chefs Are So 2007: New Year Dining Predictions

Apparently celebrity chefs have already overstayed their welcome in the cultural morass (Rachel Ray anyone?) spurring predictions of farmers as the new culinary celebrities. Old McDonald never had it so good. And say goodbye spring mix and romaine because dandelion and kale are here to kick your boring ass out of the limelight. Just remember, hot dogs will never go out of style. (via Eater SF)
