Apparently Grumpy Cat just can't get enough of the Bay Area — after her December tour to publicize her Lifetime movie — she's coming back this week.

The famous feline will be making a stop in Berkeley this Saturday to promote the new mobile adoption center from Berkeley Humane at the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Sadly, the photo-op slots are already snatched-up — but you can still attend the free event to grab a peek of the famous cat, enter the raffle for Grumpy Cat prizes (such as a "pawtograph"), eat some snacks, check out the new mobile adoption center for homeless pets, and meet some cute kittens.

The event runs from noon-3 p.m. at Berkeley Humane (2700 Ninth St.) this Saturday, January 24.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
