If your weekend partying still starts on Fridays (Whatcha doin' tonight, Old Man River? Catching the new How I Met Your Mother?), we'd like to extend the invitation to come out tonight, cling on to your youth, and let loose a little -- doggie style.

For party-goers and pooches trying to go hard together, K9 Scrub Club is hosting its bi-monthly K9 Club Night, complete with complimentary beats, bites, and doggy bones. What's more -- you can get your Gaga on too.

It aint easy being green - JESSE FREIDIN

Tonight's K9 Club Night features special guest Jesse Freidin, the fine art pet photographer of "Doggie Gaga Project" fame. You know, those 2010 Polaroids of dogs dressed in five of Lady Gaga's more celebrated outfits that went viral thanks to Perez Hilton and the combined irresistible link bait that is Gaga + Dogs. No club night is complete without celebrity and a Last Night's Party-esque photo of you and your loyal date getting buck wild with some discounts and debauchery. The event has been described as "social club meets Studio 54 - with dogs!" so if your dog can disco with the best of them, come out!

K9 Club Night starts at 6 p.m. tonight at K9 Scrub Club, 1734 Church (at Day).

Can't come out tonight? The next K9 Club Night this month is "I Love the '80s" on July 26 -- New Wave tunes, '80s-themed refreshments, and other like-minded pups and pup-lovers.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
