If you ever fantasized about whether SNL's curiously androgynous character Pat would look sexy without that concealing long-sleeve shirt and those boring slacks, wonder no longer -- burlesque crew Curvicious Cabaret will (somehow) settle the question.

Curvicious's performance tonight (Thursday) will pay tribute to Saturday Night Live with burlesque renditions of classic sketches.

The 21+ show will be at the Blue Macaw tomorrow night from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tickets are $10.

We have to say, we're particularly intrigued by how the performance will handle Pat, given that the whole point of the character is gender ambiguity -- something you can't quite hide at a burlesque show. Until then, let's relive the original awkwardness, without pasties:

Curvicious Cabaret Presents: The Saturday Night Live Show begins at 10 p.m. at the Blue Macaw, 2565 Mission. Admission is $10.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
