Three San Francisco supervisors have jumped into the dispute over the potential closing of the iconic Eagle Tavern. Supervisors Scott Wiener, Jane Kim, and David Campos sent SF Weekly a copy of a letter Thursday addressed to acting Police Chief Jeff Godown. In it, they instruct him to heavily scrutinize any transfer of the liquor license and consider how losing the Eagle would affect the LGBT community.
The shows are scheduled for 8 and 10:30 p.m., according to Alicia Albarran. The $55 tickets will be available this afternoon via the LiveNation website, Albarran wrote in an e-mail.

Granted, it can be daunting to choose a film that isn't too artsy or complicated, and on the other extreme you don't want to be sitting together watching some dubbed soft-core porn with wicked bad dialogue (not that there's anything wrong with that).
