Attention fright fans: the newest flick from Saw creators James Wan and Leigh Whannell, Insidious, is hitting theaters this Friday, and we wanna give you some free swag from it. We loved it -- check out our review of Insidious over here.

Up for grabs:

A poster signed by screenwriter Leigh Whannell

A Insidious sketch pad and pencil set

And a Digi-Clean (which, we learned, is basically a microfiber cloth for cleaning off your phone or laptop screen)

All you have to do to win: leave us a comment describing -- in 10 words or less -- the scariest thing that ever happened to you. (Ours would be "Had to ride MUNI full of teenagers and no headphones.")

Make sure you leave at least your first name and a valid e-mail address (we won't share it with anyone), so we can contact you if you're the winner. The contest ends at 8 a.m. Monday. Good luck!

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
