San Francisco police are looking for a man who reportedly beat his girlfriend's daughter after the teen stood up to him for disrespecting her mother.

According to police, the 19-year-old girl was at her mother's apartment on the 400 block of Page Street Saturday afternoon when she overheard her mother's boyfriend say something unkind to her. When the teen confronted him, he pinned her to the floor and started started punching her in the face.

The boyfriend allegedly tried to use a Taser on the young victim but ended up cutting her arm. At that point, a neighbor who had heard the commotion came into the apartment and the boyfriend bolted out the back door in an unknown direction.

The teen was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where she was treated for lacerations above her eye and on her arm.
