A night of drinking turned into a night of terror when a trio of armed robbers stormed into a local bar and robbed the patrons and bartender at gunpoint.

Officer Albie Esparza says people were boozing at a bar on the 400 block of Potrero Avenue when three unknown robbers busted into the venue at about 1:45 a.m., right after last call.
Two of the robbers held the patrons on the floor at gunpoint while a third armed man made his way to the counter. He pointed a gun at the barkeep and demanded both the tip jar as well as all the cash in the register and his pockets, Esparza says. After collecting his loot, the robber snatched a purse from one of the patrons and the three men fled the bar in a burgundy vehicle.

The suspects — who were only described as three black men in their 20s — are still on the lam, according to police.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
