George Schnakenberg Dies While Riding Skateboard in S.F.

[image-1]Medical authorities say it was 38-year-old George Schnakenberg III who was killed yesterday morning while riding his motorized skateboard through San Francisco.

Police say Schnakenberg, an Oakland resident, was cruising in the bike lane along the 600 block of Eighth Street at about 9 a.m. on Tuesday when he crashed into a parked car.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
