Driver Plows Into Bank of America On Mission Street

Posted By on Tue, Jul 8, 2014 at 7:31 AM

We're getting word that one person was injured in this solo crash early this morning, when a driver clearly lost control and slammed into a Bank of America in the Excelsior District. Police told KTVU that they got a call around 5:45 a.m. about a white Mazda that had plowed into the front door of the BofA branch on Mission and Geneva streets. When police arrived, they found only the injured driver at the scene.

The driver was taken to San Francisco General Hospital. His/her condition is unknown this morning.

Thankfully, the bank was closed at the time.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
