We're getting word that one person was injured in this solo crash early this morning, when a driver clearly lost control and slammed into a Bank of America in the Excelsior District.
Police told KTVU
that they got a call around 5:45 a.m. about a white Mazda that had plowed into the front door of the BofA branch on Mission and Geneva streets.
When police arrived, they found only the injured driver at the scene.
The driver was taken to San Francisco General Hospital. His/her condition is unknown this morning.
Thankfully, the bank was closed at the time.
