Cops Looking for "Violent" Man Who Attempted to Kill San Francisco Woman

San Francisco police need your help tracking down this guy to your right, Guillermo Chavez-Perez, who is accused of attempted homicide.

On Monday at about 11:40 p.m., the suspect allegedly stabbed a 23-year-old woman on the 5200 block of Mission Street in an attempt to murder her. Officer Albie Esparza says Chavez-Perez and the woman had a dispute when he pulled out a knife and brutally stabbed her multiple times in the chest.

The woman was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where she's being treated for her wounds.

The suspect has been identified as 50-year-old Guillermo Chavez-Perez, a 5-foot-5hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 180 pounds and was last seen wearing a gray shirt and light-colored pants.
