It's official: Batkid is more popular than President Obama.

If you don't believe us (and we know you do), then look no farther than this today's Chronicle which pointed out that, despite the president's early efforts to meet San Francisco's favorite superhero during his stop in San Francisco today, 5-year-old Miles Scott is too busy.

We're not talking he's too busy dealing with Thomas the Train drama at home. Batkid's schedule is totally booked up with an appearance on Good Morning America where he'll no doubt be congratulated for saving San Francisco, aka Gotham City.

No offense, Obama.

Naturally, Chron readers had a heyday with this one:

We know what you're thinking: Batkid 2016.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
