San Francisco police arrested a 58-year-old driver who allegedly got into with a cyclist, allegedly running him off the road in the city's Westwood Highlands neighborhood this weekend.

According to Officer Albie Esparza, the incident happened at about 5:40 p.m. on Saturday as the 61-year-old cyclist was pedaling near Burlwood and Las Palmos drives. A Prius driver rolled up behind the biker and began honking the horn.

The driver then pulled up next to the cyclist and started cursing at him to move out of the way. "The victim said the roads were narrow and there was nowhere for him to go," Esparza said.

Esparza said the frustrated driver sped up around the cyclist and stopped abruptly. The cyclist pedaled past the driver, who then started tailing him and cursing at him again. After another verbal exchange, the driver sped up one more time and went around the cyclist, stopping short, and forcing the cyclist to crash his bike into a curb, Esparza said.

The cyclist was able to jot down the driver's license plate number. He went home and called the cops, who tracked down the suspect, using the license plate information.

The victim was able to identify Boris Volpe who was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

It's the second reported road rage incident involving a bike and a car this month. On Nov. 12, police arrested Fred G. Holt, a San Francisco driver, after he allegedly plowed down a cyclist after an argument in the city's Mission District.

Esparza said that now is a good time to remind everyone to chill out and share the roads. If you can't do that, then be prepared to share your jail cell.

The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
