Authorities are trying to identify the body that was found floating in the San Francisco Bay near McCovey Cove over the weekend.

On Saturday at about 8:10 a.m., a pedestrian was walking their dog near Pier 48 when they spotted a bloated body in the water.

The San Francisco Medical Examiner's Office has not yet identified the body as of Monday morning.
