An unidentified woman died this afternoon after a city worker driving a Rec and Park maintenance truck ran over her in Bernal Heights.

Mindy Talmadge, spokeswoman for the San Francisco Fire Department, said the incident happened at about 2:20 p.m.; the woman was at the south end of Holly Park laying in the grass with her child and dog when the driver came off the pathway, hitting the woman.

The child and dog were not injured, Talmadge said.

The driver kept going, leaving the scene as people yelled at him to stop. Meanwhile, people in the park performed CPR on the woman until paramedics arrived.

She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The cops did locate the driver, Talmadge said.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
