San Francisco authorities identified the man who was mysteriously gunned down over the weekend as 67-year-old Xue Zhong Mi, a San Francisco resident.

According to Sgt. Dennis Toomer, a family friend went to pick up some items at a house on the 1800 block of 44th Avenue and found Mi lying in the garage.

Fire crews pronounced him dead at the scene.

The Medical Examiner arrived and discovered a gunshot wound to the back of Mi's head, declaring it a homicide, Toomer said.

Police had no more details at this time. The shooting is the city's 15th homicide this year. Last week, 18-year-old Karl Mitchell was gunned down in the city's Visitacion Valley neighborhood.

The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
