Look Who Else Is Basking in the Warm Weather

Posted By on Wed, May 1, 2013 at 12:13 PM

You can't say there's too many days you'd prefer to be a zoo animal caged up and stared at by a bunch of squeaky, irksome kids who don't belong to you. But today just might be one of those times you'd trade lives with a lemur at the SF Zoo (hell, a chimp could probably do your job, right?).

As you can see, these San Francisco animals -- a pig, a baby tiger, a rhino, etc. -- aren't longing for your desk job as they loaf in today's temperatures, which lingered around 77 degrees.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
