If just reading that last paragraph makes you cranky and irritable, then you could probably use an extra few hours of sleep. Sadly, you can't do anything about that now, except read on.

Health, insomnia affects two out of every five Americans. That'd be 326,000 San Franciscans and nearly 3 million in the Bay Area who are sleepless through the night.
How do you know if your employees are suffering from sleeping disorders? Watch for frequent yawning, fatigue and most importantly, a lack of attention span throughout the workday. Maybe it's time to consider instituting nap time at the office. Just a thought.
