Dwayne Tatum Identified as Man Gunned Down While Sitting in His Car

The Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man who was shot in the head while sitting in his car in the Bayview as 32-year-old Dwayne Tatum.

On March 18 at about 3:22 p.m., Tatum was found in his car on the 1300 block of Thomas Avenue with gunshot wounds to his chest and head. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No arrests had been made in the case and no suspect information was available, police said.
