San Francisco police are looking for a man who looks similar to this guy to your right, alleging that he attacked a woman as she walked through the city's Mission District in the early morning hours.

On Jan 6, at about 2:40 a.m., the victim, a 31-year-old woman, was walking west on 23rd Street toward Church Street when she noticed the suspect walking east on 23rd Street, less than a half-block away from her.

As the suspect got closer, the woman realized he was staring at her, police said.

The victim attempted to avoid the suspect, but he lunged at her, grabbed her by the head and threw her to the pavement. The man straddled her and slammed her head onto the concrete, police said.

During the struggle, the victim escaped and screamed for help. A person in the neighborhood heard the woman yelling, looked out the door and yelled at the suspect, demanding that he leave her alone.

The suspect ran eastbound on 23rd toward Valencia Street, police said.

The suspect was described as a 25-year-old Asian or Hispanic male. He's about 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds, with a buzz haircut and a slight beard. He was wearing a dark hooded shirt and dark pants.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact San Francisco Police anonymously at 575-4444, or text a tip to TIP411 with "SFPD" typed in at the beginning of the message.

The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
