The pesky citizen blogger who admitted online to trying to snap a picture of Supervisor Scott Wiener's wiener while in the men's bathroom at City Hall says he'll be back in court today to deal with the legality of his bathroom etiquette.

Michael Petrelis was arrested in November after Supervisor Weiner called sheriff's deputies to report the indecent act. Petrelis, who's known for annoying Wiener in general, confessed to trying to get his R-rated photo of Wiener as he used a urinal at City Hall. However, according to both Wiener and Petrelis, all he got was a G-rated shot of the supervisor's dental hygiene habits.

Petrelis turned himself in and appeared in court in December where a judge issued a stay-away order, saying he must stay 150 feet away from the supervisor at all times.

For those of you interested in this City Hall news item, Petrelis wrote the following update on his blog:

"Derek St. Pierre, my attorney, and I are due back in court on Monday, January 7, at 1:30 pm down at the Hall of Justice on Bryant Street. This is my second court appearance in the legal matter involving Supervisor Scott Wiener."

Check back later if you need some closure on the Petrelis vs. Scott Wiener's wiener battle.
