After a joyous trip away for the weekend where you gobbled down turkey and swilled shots of Wild Turkey without a care in the world, here's what you have to come home to: Commuting misery and crappy weather.

The California Highway Patrol is warning everyone to be careful when you get on the bridges this morning; a dense fog advisory has been issued until 9 a.m. for the entire Bay Area. Visibility has reportedly been reduced to less than a quarter of a mile on

several highways, including the bridges, making the commute back to the office a little slower for us all.

Employers, don't expect your workers who traveled home for the holidays to be at their desk on time this morning. Both San Francisco International and Oakland International airports are reporting hour-plus delays thanks to the Hitchcock-like fog.

The depressing morning is supposed to turn sunny by mid-work day when the fog burns off and temperatures linger at about 60 degrees. Don't get comfortable with the sunshine -- more rain will arrive by Wednesday.

Welcome home.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
