Maybe Supervisor Scott Wiener doesn't want to see your wiener in public, but these guys do.

On Wednesday, award-winning documentary filmmakers Jan Dalchow and Kenneth Sortland Myklebust, the author of 1,000 Bodies Project, will be flying in from Norway to snap photos and film naked people in San Francisco.

To ensure they have some raw material, Gypsy Taub, the nudist activist who stripped down at the Board of Supervisors Committee Hearing recently, is asking you to show up at City Hall that day sans clothing and smile for the camera(s).

emerging body freedom movement in San Francisco gains momentum as the

battle heats up at the Board of Supervisors meeting and in the press," Taub says.

"The story has gained attention from international press and is becoming a

global issue."

Supervisor Scott Wiener proposed legislation that would ban public nudity all over San Francisco, except at events where people go to be naked, including Bay to Breakers, Gay Pride, and Folsom Street Fair.

Public nudists have been fighting Wiener on his plan -- and they believe they have pretty good support. According

to a 2009 Zogby poll conducted by The Naturist Action Committee, 63 percent of

San Franciscans say they are not offended by "non-sexual public nudity."

If you're one of those folks, then come down to City Hall on Wednesday at noon and watch San Francisco nudists do what they do best.

will bring classical nude paintings to the protest to remind the supervisors that the human body is sacred and beautiful, and that an attack

on our right to be nude is an attack on sacredness, beauty, love,

freedom, art, and creative self-expression," Taub says.

By the way, Gypsy Taub has a nude TV series that airs in San Francisco on channel 29 on

Saturdays at 10 p.m., after your kids go to bed. You can also stream it online at MyNakedTruth.TV.

The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
