San Francisco police have arrested two men who allegedly committed two back-to-back armed robberies in less than an hour on Saturday.

Officer Albie Esparza tells us that about 9 p.m. the two robbers walked into a store on the 200 block of Noe Street -- one was armed with a shotgun, and both men had their faces covered. They held up the clerk and a witness at gunpoint, and emptied the cash register before fleeing in a dark-colored sedan.

Police arrived and combed the surrounding area, but were unable to locate the suspects.

About an hour later, two robbers confronted two women and a man as they were walking to their parked car on the 1500 block of Post Street, Esparza said. The suspects threatened the trio with a shotgun and demanded they hand over their cash and property. The victims did as they were told and the robbers fled in a similar car, police said.

The cops broadcasted a description of the suspects, who were later found in their vehicle, a brown four-door Honda, in front of 455 Golden Gate Ave. Inside the vehicle, police found property that had been taken in both robberies; they also located the shotgun used in both crimes, police said.

Police arrested Damien Ford, 33, of San Francisco, and James Ross, 33, of Oakland, on suspicion of robbery, weapons violations, and conspiracy. Ford was also charged with violating his parole for another robbery.

Anyone with additional information regarding these incidents is asked to contact Inspector Kevin Horan with the Criminal Investigations Unit at 553-1506, or the anonymous tip
line at 575-4444. You can also Text-a-Tip to TIP411.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
